Yes. You can select the voice of your Audio Caddie in the Precision Pro Golf app. Go to the “DEVICES” tab and then select “SETTINGS” for the ACE SMART SPEAKER. More voice options for the Audio Caddie Experience will be added continuously.

Simply unpair the ACE and disconnect it in your settings. Then restart at the beginning of the connection instructions in the app. This will reestablish the connection between your ACE Smart Speaker and your phone.

Your ACE Smart Speaker should have a strong connection of at least 25- to 50-yards depending on your environment or if obstacles are between your phone and the ACE.

You might be seeing slope-adjusted distances if you have “SLOPE” turned on in the Precision Pro Golf app.

It’s also possible the ACE is providing distances to the wrong hole if you are playing near or in a fairway that is not for your current hole. (It happens to the best of us.) In this instance, use the directional arrows on the ACE to navigate to the correct hole.

Yes. Your ACE Smart Speaker is water resistant. It is not waterproof, though. Do not completely submerge the ACE in water, but it will continue to work in a light to moderate rain.

The volume buttons are located on the left side of the ACE. Simply press the buttons up and down to increase or decrease the volume.
