We believe in our products and
strive to give every customer a great experience when they purchase from
Precision Pro Golf. Please
email us
if you are not happy with your product or experience in any way – we
want to know. We are reasonable people and will try our best to work
something out. If you are not completely happy with your new Precision
Pro Golf product, please send it back to us within 90 days for a full
refund. (link to return policy page.)


WARRANTY

Precision Pro Golf products include a warranty from the date of purchase based on the product you purchased.

  • Two Year Warranty – The NX7, NX7 Pro, and NX7 Shot Rangefinder

  • One Year Warranty – Nexus Rangefinder, Xponent Rangefinder and GPS GOLF BAND

This warranty covers operational
defects. Damage sustained from usage is not covered under the warranty.

Warranty
is valid only with the order number and matching email address. Please
be sure to register your product upon receiving it.

TRADE-IN PROGRAM

To thank you for your patronage, we
offer a 30% trade in allowance when you trade in your old Precision Pro
Golf product for a new one. We are always improving and periodically we
release new products, so this is our way to keep you in the Precision
Pro family while also making sure that you have the best technology with
you out on the golf course.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your
order within the first 90 days of receiving your product, simply return
it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return
or exchange.

Please email [email protected] and
include the purchaser’s name and order number. We suggest using a
shipping service with a tracking number when you return the product.
Refunds are usually processed within two business days of receiving your
return.

If you received
your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order
number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and
we will make sure you are taken care of.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Precision Pro Golf.

International Returns and Exchanges

Please note that international
customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs
fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Precision Pro Golf.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship via USPS to locations within
the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Orders are processed within 1
business day. Typically, standard U.S. shipping takes 2-5 business days.


We also offer options for USPS Priority Express shipping for a $20 fee.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via DHL. Customs
and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders
when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the
responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that
we are unable to offer expedited shipping to our international
customers at this time.

    The full amount is charged when you place your order.
