WARRANTY

Precision Pro Golf products include a warranty from the date of purchase based on the product you purchased.

Three Year Warranty – NX10 Slope, NX10 Non-Slope Rangefinders
Two Year Warranty – NX9 Slope, NX7 Pro Slope, and R1 Rangefinders
One Year Warranty – ACE Smart Golf Speaker

This warranty covers operational defects. Damage sustained from usage is not covered under the warranty. If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please email help@precisionprogolf.com

Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. Please be sure to register your product upon receiving it.

TRADE-IN PROGRAM

To thank you for your patronage, we offer a 30% trade-in allowance when you trade in your old Precision Pro Golf product for a new one. We are always improving and periodically we release new products, so this is our way to keep you in the Precision Pro family while also making sure that you have the best technology with you out on the golf course.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 90 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.

Please email help@precisionprogolf.com and include the purchaser’s name and order number. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number when you return the product. Refunds are usually processed within two business days of receiving your return.

If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure you are taken care of.

Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged items to Precision Pro Golf.

Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, custom fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Precision Pro Golf.

RETURNS & DOMESTICS SHIPPING

We ship via USPS to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Typically, standard U.S. shipping takes 4-7 business days.

We also offer options for USPS Priority Express shipping for a $20 fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via DHL. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location.
